iQor is hiring representatives who will provide excellent service to our customers over the phone.  Qualified applicants will have a stable work history in retail, food service or a call center environment.
 
Must be able to train onsite for a minimum of 8 weeks. Work at home opportunity after training.

SKILLS:
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 6-12 months of customer service experience. 
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent.
  • Criminal record check.
